Do you screen print your Tees and other merchandise?

No. We employ a third party print provider that uses a process called Direct To Garment printing, (DTG) or Direct To Film printing. (DTF) Some of our products, for example Hats, are embroidered.
What is DTG printing?

In DTG printing ink is sprayed onto the garment, then soaks into the fibers of the garment. The process is very similar to printing on paper.
What is DTF printing?

In DTF printing the design is printed on a special film then heat transferred onto the garment.
How do I care for my DTG and DTF printed garments?

To keep your designs looking fresh, It is recommend that you wash your DTG and DTF clothing inside out, in cold to luke warm water and hang to dry.
Why does my garment smell like vinegar?

You may notice that when you receive your garment it smells like vinegar or has a light haze to it. No worries both will go away once you wash your item. During the DTG process a fixation agent is sprayed onto the garment to help the ink bond with the fibers of the fabric. That vinegar smell is the fixing agent.
How do I know what size to order?

With every garment product listing we've included a sizing guide and how to measure for a good fit. Since garments from different companies don't alway use the same measurements for a small, medium,... etc., please refer to the individual listing size guide.
What if I ordered the wrong size?

We make every effort possible to describe our products accurately and that includes inserting a size chart and measurement instructions in every garment listing. Sizing returns will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@stuwpedproducts.com
Are your products made to order?

Yes. We do not keep products in stock. Every order is made after you place it, this helps reduce overproduction and waste.
How long until I receive my order?

Average fulfillment and shipping time is 7-12 days.
Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping a confirmation and tracking number via email.
My package says it was delivered but it's not here, what do I do?

Follow these steps: Double check the address on your order to verify that it is correct. A lot of packages get lost because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. Contact the shipping carrier see if the package was actually delivered they may need an extra day or two. If the carrier cannot locate the package or confirm that it was delivered see our FAQs for what to do if your package is lost. Sorry, but we are not responsible for Porch Pirates stealing your packages.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted not later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. No worries the cost of reprinting and shipping will be covered.
What do I do about misprinted, damaged or defective items?

We expect that mistakes will happen because humans make mistakes. We would love to be able to quality control our products before they are shipped but it's just not possible as they come directly from our third party print provider. We will make every effort to insure that you receive a replacement at no additional cost to you if we find that there is a valid claim for return. For claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items please email us at: info@stuwpedproducts.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Do not wear or wash the item. Please include the following information in your email: *A description of the error *A clear Photo of the error After we reviewed and approved your claim we will issue your replacement as quickly as possible.
What if my order was damaged during shipping?

Email us at info@stuwpedproducts.com Please include the following information. *Let us know your items were damaged during shipping *Send a photo of damaged package and item/items that were damaged. Once we review the photos and confirm the damage, we'll replace the damaged items at no cost to you!
